Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2012 Day 1 - Ritu Beri

Volvo Cars presents "Icons of Luxury" by Ritu Beri on Day 1 of Lakme Fashion Week, Winter/Festive 2012 was inspired by the glamour of the 50s. Ritu Beri recreated the era of Marilyn Monroe for the woman of today. Jesse Randhawa opened the show in an extravagant gown decked with flowers and lace.  The super model also closed the show in another dramatic creation in black net with strategically placed white lace appliqué. True to Ritu Beri's style the collection was avant-garde and opulent.
