Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2012 Day 1 - Izi Atelier

Back for her third season Isabelle Mittal’s label, Izi Atelier showcased her latest collection ‘The Midas Touch,' on Day 1 of Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2012 as part of the USHA Talent Box.

The Greek designer shifted focus from her Indian infused Greek draping styles, to fine details such as embellishments and prints. The designer opted for rich fabrics such as velvet along with organic cotton and georgette in a jewel tone colour palette for her creations. 

Isabelle presented a wide range of garments including 40’s inspired dresses, gowns, sleek pants and flared tops. The pieces sported gold streak graphic prints, coloured collars as well as bejewelled accents.
